AMRAPS
Our AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) classes run on Wednesdays combine strength and conditioning focusing on functional weight training movements while keeping your heart rate elevated. You will do as many rounds as of you can working through your circuit for 12 mins each. These classes are for those looking for an easy to follow, challenging well-balanced workout in a safe and welcoming environment.
Strength and Conditioning
Our Strength and Conditioning class focuses on the integration and education of fundamental barbell movements in a safe and welcoming environment. Focusing on one movement per week, this class is broken down into three portions; mobilization and activation, strength (the lift of the week), and finishing with a quick conditioning piece to increase the heart rate and blast the muscles used of the week!
HIIT
Our high intensity interval classes are designed to provide a full body workout to improve your muscular endurance and cardiovascular systems. After three rounds of moving through each station spending 40 secs at each with a quick 20 sec break between, you will be leaving sweaty and feeling accomplished starting your Saturday off right! Our HIIT class can be performed at your own intensity, so it is a safe and enjoyable for all fitness levels!
Hybrid
Our hybrid classes that run on Mondays and Fridays is a full body workout combining strength and conditioning. Keeping things fresh and exciting, the style of these classes are switched week to week ranging from chippers, pyramid or ladder schemes, to partner workouts. These classes are guaranteed to keep your heart rate pounding leaving you dripping in sweat and high-fiving your partner when done!
Kinstretch
Our Kinstretch class is a movement enhancement system designed to improve mobility, flexibility and overall joint health. The class includes self assessment exercises, allowing you to monitor and asses your own movement dysfunction and then given mobility and flexibility exercises to work towards eliminating those dysfunctions to build a range of motion that's not just possible, but usable - giving you more freedom and control in your body. Whether you are looking to improve your flexibility/ mobility and/or to improve the strength of your connective tissues, this class is for you!
